Product Overview
The ODC series SMC fiber optic distribution box is an outdoor fiber optic distribution equipment designed for access and aggregation networks. It is primarily used for the interconnection, distribution, and management of fiber optic cables and fibers. The product features a high-strength SMC composite material enclosure, offering waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and environmental adaptability, meeting the long-term stable operation requirements of telecommunications and mobile operators for outdoor fiber optic distribution equipment.
Core Advantages
The enclosure is made of SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) through integral molding, offering advantages such as light weight, high strength, aging resistance, and corrosion resistance, making it particularly suitable for long-term outdoor use. Compared to traditional metal enclosures, it is less prone to rust, non-conductive, and offers higher safety.
The entire enclosure has an IP65 protection rating, effectively preventing rainwater and dust intrusion, making it suitable for complex environments such as outdoor roads, base station surroundings, parks, and residential areas, ensuring the stable operation of the fiber optic system.
The product adopts a jumper-free, conventional internal structure design, fully meeting the standardized requirements of telecommunications and mobile operators for the structure, capacity, and maintenance methods of fiber optic distribution boxes, facilitating unified network planning and maintenance.
It offers two mainstream capacity specifications: 96 cores and 144 cores, covering different access scale needs and suitable for various application scenarios from ordinary access points to high-capacity aggregation nodes.
It supports both floor-standing and wall-mounted installation methods, adapting to different site conditions, offering flexible construction and low deployment costs.
It supports Shengjiu padlocks, Shengjiu sleeve padlocks, and MS712 locks, meeting the needs for anti-theft and security management in different operating scenarios.
