Product Overview
WM-Cabinet CDU is designed for high-density computing thermal management applications, providing an efficient, stable, and reliable circulation interface between liquid-cooled servers and the cooling source system to support continuous data center operation. The WM-CDU series covers cooling capacities from 40 kW to 1.5 MW and is suitable for deployment with cold plate liquid cooling cabinets and micro-modules. Under stable operating conditions, the secondary-side supply liquid temperature fluctuation is no more than 0.5°C; during CDU switchover, the temperature fluctuation is no more than 1°C. The series features variable-frequency pumps, 50 μm high-precision filters, a 10-inch color touchscreen, and advanced control logic. It also supports flexible top or bottom piping connections and can be integrated with Wanma Technology's liquid cooling cabinets, micro-modules, secondary-side piping systems, and precision air conditioning products to provide a complete cooling solution.
Product Features
Efficient Operation and Energy-Saving Design: Equipped with variable-frequency pumps supporting 10%–100% flow rate adjustment. The pump motors feature high energy efficiency ratings and provide output according to actual demand to reduce operating energy consumption.
Redundancy and Continuous Operation: Standard dual power supply is provided, with optional dual-pump switchover. Both the makeup water tank and system support automatic fluid replenishment to maintain stable system pressure and accommodate minor leakage.
Intelligent Monitoring and Human-Machine Interaction: Supports both constant-flow and constant-differential-pressure control modes. Multiple CDUs can be networked internally. The 10-inch color touchscreen provides intuitive operation and monitoring.
Precision Filtration and Water Quality Management: The secondary side is equipped with a 50 μm high-precision filter. Optional online monitoring functions for pH, conductivity, and turbidity are available to help maintain coolant cleanliness.
Safety Protection and Intelligent Alarms: Features overpressure protection, leak detection, anti-condensation control, and audible and visual alarms. Multiple protection functions work together to enhance the safety of personnel and equipment.
Quality Construction and Online Maintenance: Uses 304 stainless steel piping for corrosion resistance and long service life. The filter supports online maintenance, helping reduce downtime and improve operation and maintenance efficiency.
