WM-HCM Air-Liquid Hybrid Micro-Module is an integrated data center solution designed for ultra-high-density computing applications. It adopts a dual-row, back-to-back layout and integrates a contained hot aisle, air-liquid hybrid cooling cabinets, in-row air conditioners, power distribution, and intelligent monitoring systems into a unified solution, enabling full-stack integration from infrastructure to precision cooling systems. The complete secondary-side liquid cooling solution includes CDUs, manifolds, quick disconnect couplings and hoses, and secondary-side prefabricated piping. Power density and delivery configurations can be customized according to specific business requirements, enabling integrated and one-stop delivery.

Air-Liquid Hybrid Cooling and Energy Efficiency Optimization: The liquid cooling system handles heat dissipation for high-power computing nodes, while in-row air conditioners provide cooling for air-cooled nodes.
